| The following prerequisites are required:
(Note: If your PC does not have the below required software installed, the
setup program will prompt you to install it.)

- Windows Installer 3.1
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 (x86 and x64)

IMPORTANT:
You MUST have administrator access on your PC. If you do not have
administrator access, you cannot proceed. Please contact the
administrator/owner of the PC.

Instructions:

Click the "Install" button at the bottom of this page.

For any and all subsequent installation windows that appear you must accept all
prompts. More specifically, click "Run", "Open", "Accept",
"Install", etc on all subsequent installation windows. Do NOT click
'Cancel' or 'No' on any prompts otherwise the Alorica-at-Home Gateway will not
work correctly.

If your PC does not have the .NET Framework 4.6.1 installed, the setup
program will ask you to install it. Click the button to
'install' the .Net Framework. Do NOT click cancel otherwise the
Alorica-at-Home Gateway will not work correctly. The .Net Framework,
should it need to be installed, may take a long time to install. Please
be patient and follow all the prompts, including reboot requests.

If your PC does not have Windows Installer 3.1 installed, the setup
program will ask you to install it. Click the button to 'install'
Windows Installer 3.1. Again, do NOT click cancel otherwise the Alorica-at-Home
Gateway installation will not work correctly.

Once the Alorica-at-Home Gateway has been installed successfully, you can run
it anytime from the Start Menu --> Programs --> Alorica
--> Alorica-at-Home Gateway V3.

If you receive an error installing the .Net Framework you will need to contact Alorica-at-Home Support. Screenshots and
a copy of the install.log file will be extremely helpful in determining
the solution to your issue.
